Everyone loves bacon, but try turkey bacon once! It’s less fat and tastes (in my opinion) better than bacon!

I always struggle eating eggs, so usually I make them but don’t eat them.

And you can’t forget the bowl of strawberries!
I also had blueberry green tea with a lemon. The tea is a detox by Yogi. Definitely worth it! Tastes like a blueberry muffin.

I used the same turkey burger from yesterday, so the species were absorbed in the meat (and I added more) which made it almost too peppery!

Remember to get your 8 glasses of water in a day, and if you struggle drinking water try eating more fruit! Watermelon is almost all water!

Try wrapping your chicken in aluminum foil when grilling. It keeps it juicier and the chicken absorbs the seasonings better!

Instead of adding barbecue sauce or ketchup to your chicken, try adding salsa, naturally fat free dressing!
And try to skip out on adding butter to your corn. When cooking the corn we usually add crab boil seasoning. Spices it up and doesn’t need butter!

The beans were cooked the same way, but with some delicious red potatoes!

Turkey Burger (again) with Carrots & a Banana

After a hot run turkey burger, carrots, and a banana with a glass of milk is perfect.

People always comment on how Europeans are thinner. While in Spain someone had mentioned that they only use dressings if they want to “cover something up.” I try to limit what I use (as in ketchup, creamy salad dressings, vegetable dip, etc.)
You can add flavor by seasonings instead of piling on ketchup or dressing. It’s got a better taste and it’s less calories/fat! Instead of a creamy dressing try a vinaigrette!

Turkey Burger with Green Beans

I love a classic turkey burger with boiled green beans!

When making my turkey burger I always mix the seasoning within the meat. It adds more flavor all around, instead of just on top.
The turkey burger I use is 97% lean with 3% fat. I added Johnny's Seasoning Salt and Paula Dean's pepper mix. I also cooked it on coconut oil.
For the beans I usually add turkey bacon and onions (for a delicious flavor) with some salt and pepper. I boil until they are soft, but still have a little crunch!

And I had spinach and arugula with homemade raspberry vinaigrette!

Banana pancakes might not be as delicious as regular pancakes, but they make the cut. It also looks like I burnt mine, but the inside was just right. The recipe called for 6 bananas and 6 eggs, but I cut it in half. I used:
3 bananas
3 eggs
3 tablespoons extra-virgin coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
A dash of salt
(And honey/chopped walnuts if you chose to add some)

I topped mine off with some all-natural peanut butter and honey as syrup!
